Sanctuary Chai

"I started making chai tea at the local farmers market in Boulder, CO.  This was fascinating to me - many of the same culinary and agricultural aspects to coffee translated directly to tea and spices, and my desire for a healthy alternative to sugar and cane juice was also in demand by our customers, so we settled on honey as a natural and unprocessed sweetener."

Locally sourced and bottled, Sanctuary Chai products are formulated in small batches and distributed across the US to coffee roasters, coffeehouses and restaurants. It is naturally sweetened with pure honey and microbrewed with crisp Rocky Mountain water, fresh spices, and hand-picked teas.
